On, or soon after, March 1, 2009, Deltathree will be providing this service to you. Information about Deltathree is available at http://www.deltathree.com. If you currently receive any other services from RCN, those services will not be affected by this acquisition. This change only affects your Internet Phone or Voice over Internet Protocol service.

We are confident this transition will allow you to continue to enjoy the benefits you receive from your Starpower Internet Phone service today. Please be assured there will be no interruption to your current Starpower Internet Phone service. You will not be charged any fees as a result of this transaction and you will continue to receive service under the Deltathree name at the same rates, terms and conditions under which you currently receive service. Notice of any future changes in the services you receive, or in the rates, terms and conditions of those services, will be provided to you by Deltathree as required under applicable law.

We recognize you have the right to change providers, subject to the terms and conditions (including termination provisions) of your agreement with RCN, if applicable. We hope, however, you choose to remain a customer and continue to enjoy the VoIP services you currently receive.
